[D-QUICK7 Implementation Case] Completed Document Management

Considering a phased introduction! Introducing case studies of document and drawing management systems for the construction industry.

We would like to introduce a case study of facility management for the construction industry using our document and drawing management system, 'D-QUICK7'. The issues at hand were the aging update of the completed document management system (filing system) and the promotion of transitioning from a file server to system operation. The requirements for the system included automatic input of project information, information inheritance functionality, usability, and clarity of the interface. Additionally, since there had been a previous failure in system operation, a phased implementation was considered. After implementation, the system proved to be user-friendly with easy screen operations and simple registration from the file server. [Issues] ■ Aging update of the completed document management system (filing system) ■ Promotion of transitioning from a file server to system operation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[D-QUICK7 Case Study] EDI Integration (Automation of Order Processing)

Achieving large-scale data management! A case where integration with the EDI system has been automated, significantly reducing human errors.

We would like to introduce a case study of system integration for the manufacturing industry using our drawing and document management system, 'D-QUICK7'. There were issues with sending attached documents during quotation requests and orders, as the materials were searched from the drawing management system at the time of sending, leading to incorrect specifications being distributed due to search errors and resulting in information leaks. To address this, we implemented the drawing and document management system 'D-QUICK7'. The requirements for the system included building a mechanism to automatically receive information from the EDI system, search for it, and output result reports. After implementation, we achieved management of large volumes of data (over 2 million customer-owned drawings), automated integration with the EDI system, and significantly reduced human errors. [Requirements for the system] ■ Build a mechanism to automatically receive information from the EDI system, search for it, and output result reports. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
